About Us

H.I.T.T.E.Rz Stands for Healing is The Third Eye Rizing

The Hitterz Collective LLC is a cultural ecosystem dedicated to preserving Black Street‑dance lineages, building artist infrastructure, and empowering communities through movement. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, our work blends dance education, performance, mentorship, and creative strategy to uplift the next generation of artists while honoring the roots that shaped the culture.
Who We Are:  The Hitterz Collective is our homebase — a training ground rooted in Hip-Hop, House, Krump, and Black vernacular movement. Stylez Defined extends that foundation into performance, media, and creative direction, showcasing stories and aesthetics often overlooked in mainstream spaces. At the center is Papa‑Kobina: choreographer, educator, and cultural strategist committed to transforming passion into profession and culture into legacy. Together, we operate as one unified force dedicated to artistic excellence, cultural integrity, and community impact.
What We Stand For - Cultural Integrity — We honor the history, communities, and global impact of Black Street dance with respect, research, and representation. - Movement as Healing — Dance is our tool for wellness, confidence, and emotional restoration. - Community Infrastructure — We build spaces where dancers can train, create, earn, and lead. - Creative Strategy — From choreography to content, we blend storytelling and design to make every project hit with purpose.
What We Do We offer programs and services that support dancers, youth, creatives, and organizations who believe in the power of movement to shift culture. Our work includes: - Dance Training & Education - Youth Programs & School Residencies - Performance & Creative Direction - Media & Digital Storytelling - Community Events & Cyphers Whether you’re stepping into your first class or preparing for the stage, our doors — and our dance floors — are open.

Our Mission To cultivate spaces where artistry, identity, and community thrive. To uplift Black cultural expression. To train dancers with excellence. To build platforms where creativity becomes opportunity. And to ensure that the legacy of street dance continues with integrity, joy, and purpose.
